Student Clubs at Siddharth University

Siddharth University encourages students to engage in extracurricular activities that enhance their learning experience beyond the classroom. Our student clubs provide a platform for students to collaborate, develop leadership skills, and contribute to meaningful causes. Currently, the university hosts two active student clubs:

1. Environment & Sustainability Club (Biotechnology Department)

The Environment & Sustainability Club in the Biotechnology Department is dedicated to raising awareness about environmental conservation, sustainable practices, and scientific approaches to ecological challenges. This club organizes activities such as:

  • Tree plantation drives
  • Waste management and recycling initiatives
  • Seminars and workshops on sustainability
  • Research-based environmental projects

2. Paryavaran (Environment) Club (Geography Department)

The Paryavaran Club in the Geography Department focuses on environmental awareness and geographical perspectives on sustainability. It aims to instill responsibility towards nature through various initiatives, including:

  • Clean-up drives and awareness campaigns
  • Field trips to ecologically significant sites
  • Discussions on climate change and conservation
  • Collaboration with local environmental organizations

Membership & Mentorship

Both clubs are open to all students enrolled at Siddharth University, regardless of their department or academic year. A faculty member is appointed as a mentor for each club to provide guidance, support, and ensure smooth operations.

Students interested in joining any of these clubs can reach out to the respective departments or check university announcements for membership details and upcoming events.

Join us in making a difference and being a part of the change for a better tomorrow!
